[新需求]: [ArkTS interop-tests] Rework of interoperability test cases for dynamic interface with properties

This issue is to create interoperability tests for dynamic interface with properties that are created in runtime.

Adding suggested tests is expected to improve quality control on interoperability between ArkTS and TS (JS).
