安装依赖包
yum install git patch gcc-c++ readline-devel zlib-devel libffi-devel openssl-devel make autoconf automake libtool bison libxml2-devel libxslt-devel libyaml-devel git python python-docutils libicu-devel mysql-devel pcre-devel postfix cmake

安装ruby
mdir /tmp/ruby
cd  /tmp/ruby
curl --progress ftp://ftp.ruby-lang.org/pub/ruby/2.0/ruby-2.0.0-p353.tar.gz | tar xz
cd /tmp/ruby/ruby-2.0.0-p353

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/
make -j 12 && make install

安装git2.0：
cd /tmp
curl --progress https://www.kernel.org/pub/software/scm/git/git-2.0.0.tar.gz | tar xz
cd git-2.0.0/
make prefix=/usr/local all

安装bundle：
安装前更换为淘宝源  否则时间很长
gem install bundler --no-ri --no-rdoc

gem sources -a https://ruby.taobao.org  添加淘宝源
删除之前自带的
gem sources -r https://rubygems.org/

显示当前使用的sources     gem sources
添加一个source    gem sources -a url地址
删除一个source   gem sources -r url地址
更新source cache     gem sources -u

#安装gitlab
创建git用户  家目录指定在数据存储分区，git仓库不能做软连接，否则启动服务后下载代码报错，
安装gitlab
su - git
git clone https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce.git  gitlab   下载gitlanb代码
git checkout 7-0-stable
修改gitlab下 Gemfile 文件中的第一行  将sources改为 https://ruby.taobao.org

修改配置文件中的访问域名
（your_domain_name为项目的访问域名或者IP）
$ sed  -i  's|localhost|your_domain_name|g'   config/gitlab.yml  设置工作路径  必须设置正确 否则下面数据库初始化的时候报错

# 设定log和tmp目录所有者和权限
$ chown -R git log/
$ chown -R git tmp/
$ chmod -R u+rwX log/
$ chmod -R u+rwX tmp/

# 创建gitlab-satellites目录
$ mkdir /home/git/gitlab-satellites
chmod u+rwx,g=rx,o-rwx /opt/git/gitlab-satellites

# 修改gitlab目录下权限，确保gitlab有相应的权限
$ chmod -R u+rwX tmp/pids/
$ chmod -R u+rwX tmp/sockets/
$ chmod -R u+rwX public/uploads

#拷贝配置文件
$ cp config/unicorn.rb.example config/unicorn.rb  ruby进程配置文件  设置工作目录 以及日志路径 开启的进程数
$ cp config/database.yml.mysql config/database.yml  数据库配置文件   设置账号密码  链接方式
$ chmod o-rwx config/database.yml

配置GitLab shell
GitLab shell是专门为GitLab开发的提供ssh访问和版本管理的软件。

$ su - git
克隆gitlab shell
$ git clone https://github.com/gitlabhq/gitlab-shell.git
$ cd gitlab-shell
切换成1.9.6版本，并编辑配置

$ git checkout v1.9.6
$ cp config.yml.example config.yml

$ 配置完后执行  ./bin/install
这里最重要的是将gitlab_url修改成gitlab的访问域名。形如：http://test.gitlab.com/  配置和 gitlab.yml 文件一致
配置文件内容如下：
gitlab_url: http://127.0.0.1:8080/

repos_path: /opt/git/repositories/  #仓库路径
auth_file: /opt/git/.ssh/authorized_keys #key文件目录

#安装数据库支持
bundle install --deployment --without development test postgres aws  命令在gitlab目录下执行

在mysql中创建 gitlab用户
create user 'git'@'%' identified by 'gitlab';

创建数据库
CREATE DATABASE IF NOT EXISTS `gitlabhq_production` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET `utf8` COLLATE `utf8_unicode_ci`;

给gitlab账户设置权限
GRANT SELECT, LOCK TABLES, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, CREATE, DROP, INDEX, ALTER ON `gitlabhq_production`.* TO 'git'@'localhost';

初始化数据和激活高级功能
$ mkdir /opt/git/repositories   创建仓库
$ cd /opt/git/gitlab
$ bundle exec rake gitlab:setup RAILS_ENV=production
这步完成后，会生一个默认的管理员账号：
admin@local.host
5iveL!fe

$ bundle exec rake assets:precompile RAILS_ENV=production  #生成后台文件和图片

拷贝启动文件
cp /opt/git/gitlab/lib/support/init.d/gitlab /etc/init.d/
chmod +x /etc/init.d.gitlab
/etc/init.d/gitlab start

安装nginx并拷贝配置文件  根据自身配置修改
cp /opt/git/gitlab/lib/support/nginx/gitlab   /opt/nginx/conf/extra/gitlab.conf
 内容如下：
