Installing dlib library file in windows 10 Step For Installation

1. You need to install python 3.7 or 3.8
2. then you clone and download this whole file
3. then go to this folder path : if you have python 3.7 then in cmd pip install dlib-19.19.0-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl else python 3.8 then pip install dlib-19.19.0-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl
4. Done Installing DLIB
