目的：
	使用libcurl库在c/c++程序中向http服务器post数据
使用环境：
	Windows
使用工具：
	VS2013, libcurl 64位库
	python bottle 作为测试服务器, 
	python requests 作为测试客户端（确保c/c++客户端与requests客户端行为一致）
	注：本工程中python使用的版本为3.4
